A good combination of exercise and diet is essential , which one is more important?
最有效的減肥方式是運動和節食兼顧  ,  但是哪一個比較重要   ?

If you had to choose  ,  should you be hitting the gym , or eating salad ?
如果非選其中一個 , 是要勤奮的跑健身房 , 還是只吃沙拉維生呢 ?

There are many ways you can burn a few hundred calories ; running for 20 minutes , an hour of surfing , or singing your favorite song 23 times.
你有許多燃燒好幾百卡路里的方法 , 例如跑步20分鐘.衝浪一小時或唱23次你最愛的歌

Now , compare this to the number of calories in , say , a chocolate bar – which is often over 200 calories .
再來 , 我們拿同樣的卡路里比較 , 一條巧克力大部分都超過200大卡

You could either walk for about an hour to burn that 200 calories , or you simply not eat that chocolate bar .
你要健走一小時才能消耗掉那200大卡 , 或者你也可以選擇不吃巧克力 , 等於不需要健走 .

How about running for 30 minutes every day or cutting out those two cans of soda?
 那每天跑步三十分鐘跟一天少喝兩罐可樂呢?

Which sounds easier to you ?
哪個聽起來比較容易做到 ?


Many physicians point out that there is a lot of high-sugar, high-fat, high calorie foods
       we could cut from our diet, to see weight loss results more quickly.
許多醫師表示如果我們不吃高糖分高脂肪高熱量的食物 就能很快速的看到瘦身的效果
 And exercise has many health benefits beyond weight loss, like slowing the aging process
        and improving mental health.
 運動也不只有減重這個好處,像是減緩老化和改善精神狀態。

Of course, a combination of diet and exercise would yield the best results long term.
 確定的是,長遠來說運動和均衡飲食的搭配才有最好的效果
