超自然（Supernatural）又稱靈異現象，包含了超自然現象和超自然力量，即是在自然界無法見到同時無法用通常手段證實的力量或現象。一旦超自然能夠被證實，則它就不再是超自然了。超自然超出科學的範疇，因為科學的研究對象必須是可證實的測量以及通過同行評審此詞彙通常指在現存自然科學狀態下無法解釋的事件或現象，例如奧秘難解的現象及超越感知的經驗。超自然一般同宗教信仰和形上學緊密聯繫，有時跟超常現象一詞同義。
